Shipping & Delivery Information

Please note that Partner Products may not be available in all regions.

Free Shipping Offers

  • UK orders: Free standard tracked shipping on all eligible UK orders.
  • International orders: Free standard tracked shipping when your order contains four or more eligible items.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout where available and covers standard shipping only. Partner Products may be fulfilled separately or by another retailer and may not qualify; the delivery options and final shipping charge shown at checkout apply.

International fees: Unless specifically marked as “Duty Paid”, international orders may be subject to import taxes and customs fees on arrival. Blocks Universe Shop is not liable for these additional costs.

Processing & Dispatch

Processing time is included in the delivery estimates below. Direct From Store items are custom-printed on demand; during peak periods, delivery may take longer than the estimate.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Estimated delivery times from the order date:

  • UK: 2–5 business days.
  • USA and Canada: 10–19 business days.
  • Rest of world: 17–26 business days.

These delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, customs checks, severe weather and carrier delays can extend delivery times.

Tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked service. Once your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.

European Union Customers

We do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout. Customers in the EU are responsible for paying any local taxes or customs charges required by their country on delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

An order is considered non-delivered if it fails to arrive at the delivery address, or if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package.

Investigation policy: If delivery is disputed, we may conduct an inquiry with our shipping partners before issuing a replacement or refund.

When to contact us: If your order has not arrived within 14 days of its estimated delivery window, email contact@blocksuniverse.shop so we can investigate.
